Rim of Pot has painted art deco Greek keys
Inside is decorated with Red Dragon Eye Goldfishes
The outside painted areas have raised surfaces, that can be felt with hands
Some loss of gold paint on edge of planter
Signed/stamped on bottom with raised seal
