The purpose of this product is to help in stabilizing your guitar while playing in the standing position, although it may be positioned
for sitting as well.
The surface also serves as a protective surface,
from scratching caused
by zippers , buttons, snaps,
etc….
You will find it quite durable, although it will not protect from the dreaded
“bump”.
We do not recommend using this product on any older worn surfaces that are
stressed or cracked in any way.
Use at your own risk!
Due to the many surface finishes used on guitars we cannot
guarantee that this product will not adversely affect your guitar, or it’s finish.
We have personally not had any problems, but periodic lifting and checking is recommended while in use.
We also recommend removal after playing
and / or
before storing.

for extended periods of time. This
product is easily applied and removed .
I use this on my zager zad 80 6 string,  my classical takamine, my electric les paul copy,  and a 6 string takamine,  they have been on the surfaces for 7 years without removal and have experienced no effects to surface or guitar in any way.  What I have noticed are the abrasions on the cover that ultimately would have been on the guitar surface/finish had i not used it, as well as the ease of playing in standing position.
